Fewer cases. Every one worked like it's the only one.

Peerali Law is a boutique catastrophic injury firm built around a rule most personal injury shops ignore, take fewer cases and work each one harder. The attorney named on your file is the attorney who works it, not a case manager, not a rotating associate.

Why the firm exists

A defense lawyer who switched sides

Kristopher Peerali started his career at one of the country's largest defense firms, representing Fortune 500 companies. Working a major talc case, defending a corporation against women who had developed ovarian cancer, he watched his own training win the case for the wrong side. In 2021 he left defense work entirely and co-founded Peerali Law with Serena Peerali, turning what he'd learned about how insurers build their defense into a plaintiff's advantage.

01

Take fewer cases

The founding attorneys deliberately carry a limited caseload, so every client gets a trained litigator personally, not a form letter and a paralegal.

02

Work each one harder

Other law firms across Los Angeles refer their most complex and high-stakes cases directly to Peerali Law, when a case goes to litigation and an insurer won't move.

03

No hand-offs, ever

Whether a claim is worth thousands or millions, the same founding partners do the same work, and that's what gets clients the result they deserve.

Case results

What "working it harder" actually looks like

High-volume practices sign hundreds of cases and settle them fast, which works against you when your case is serious. These are the results that come from a firm built the opposite way.

$16.3M
Premises liability settlement, Los Angeles

A top 10 premises liability settlement in California for 2024, for a client catastrophically injured on unsafe property.

$5.2M
Catastrophic car accident settlement

Third-party liability had been denied. Peerali Law reconstructed the scene to prove it.

$300K
Case another attorney valued at $74,000

A client came to Peerali Law three weeks before their court date, unhappy with the offer their previous lawyer had negotiated.

$74,000 → $300,000

Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome in any future case. Every legal matter is unique and depends on its own facts.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I have a personal injury case?

You likely have a case if someone else's negligence caused your injury and you suffered losses as a result, medical bills, lost income, or lasting physical or emotional harm. The only way to know for certain is to have an attorney review the facts, which is why we offer a free, no-obligation consultation.

What is my personal injury case worth?

Every case is different, but a claim's value is generally built from your medical expenses, lost earnings, future care costs, and compensation for pain and suffering. Thorough case-building often uncovers value that other firms miss.

What do I do if an insurance adjuster calls me?

Be cautious. Insurance adjusters often call early to get a recorded statement or offer a quick, low settlement before you understand the full extent of your injuries. You're not obligated to give a statement or accept an offer.

Does Peerali Law work on a no win, no fee basis?

Yes. We work on a contingency fee basis, commonly known as "no win, no fee," which means you pay us nothing unless we win your case. There are no upfront costs and no hourly bills.

How long does a personal injury case take?

It depends on the complexity of your case. Straightforward claims can settle in a few months, while serious or catastrophic injury cases often take a year or more, particularly when liability is disputed. We never rush a settlement at the expense of its value.
